Why 10 Million?
By 2050, approximately 40% of the world's youth will be African (1.5 billion out of 4 billion) so it is imperative that the young people who will make up the largest percentage of the future global workforce be equipped at scale with skills necessary to build the infrastructure required to support the continent's growth.
Fragmented and siloed interventions are not enough anymore, it is time for leaders in the public, private and development sectors to form partnerships to scale solutions that work.
Why African?
Africa is home to the youngest and fastest-growing population in the world, so when we talk about the future, Africa sits at the center. We believe that the people closest to the problems are the best people to innovate solutions if provided with the right education, skills and resources to do so.
Why Girls?
Sub-Saharan Africa still has the worst statistics in the world for girls.

How to Pledge
There are several ways to support 10MAG. Choose what fits your organisation, or choose all four.
Train
Commit to placing at least 10 young women from the 10MAG community in internships, apprenticeships or training programs within your organisation.
Mentor
Commit your team's time. A few hours a month can shift a girl's trajectory.
Amplify
Share the mission. Help us reach the partners and funders who can move this forward.
Grant
Provide grants to sponsor scholarships and programming that empower marginalized African girls with future-ready skills.

I commit to taking at least one concrete action: to train 10MAG girls with work-readiness skills, provide mentorship, amplify the campaign message, or fund programs and scholarships.
